I am not a professional nor an expert in Rebutia and Sulcorebutia taxonomy. Any help with ID and spelling are always welcome. To up-date my list I've been using many books, journals, catalogs and other web-sites. It's been helpful, but I have more work to do. I only ship to the main 48 States. We do ship in the winter and we offer 72+ hour heat packs for $4.00 each. No international shipping. Please read the front page for ordering information.

Note: I've been collecting and growing Sulcorebutia and Rebutia for over 40 years and have found that it's hard to keep up with the name changes. So I must say I do the best I can with the names. The plants list below where propagated from our old collection plants. Hope you enjoy growing Sulcorebutia and Rebutia as much as I have!

 Rebutia

Rebutia aureispina sm - Is one of the several forms of the very variable Rebutia deminuta which form a complex of related taxon. It is still unclear whether this variable complex is one or several species. There is so much variation that most authors choose to lump them together. Rebutia aureispina distinguishes from the standard Rebutia deminuta in that it has stronger shaggy stiff yellowish-brown spines. Bolivia. Propagated from our old large collection plants. Growing in 2.75" pots. 2 @ $10.00 each.

Rebutia aureispina m - Is one of the several forms of the very variable Rebutia deminuta which form a complex of related taxon. Growing in 3 1/2" pots. 4 @ $15.00 each.

Rebitia candiae sm -  This is most likely Sulorebutia candiae. Bright yellow flowers. Bolivia. Propagated from our old large collection plants.  Growing in 2.75" pots. 6 in stock @ $10.00 each.

Rebutia candiae m - This is most likely Sulorebutia candiae. Bright yellow flowers. Bolivia. Propagated from our old large collection plants. Growing in 3 1/2" pots. 5 in stock @ $15.00 each.

Rebutia fabrisii ssp. aureiflora m -  Rebutia fabrisii var. aureiflora is a local or morphological form of Rebutia fabrisii with golden yellow flowers instead of orange or red, all the other characteristics are identical, namely size and form of stems, spines, form and dimension of flowers, fruit, etc. This prove, that it is impossible to differentiate between these taxa and var. aureiflora should be fully synonymized with Rebutia fabrisii. Argentina. Propagated from our old large collection plants. Growing in a 3 1/2" pot. 3 in stock @ $15.00 each.

Rebutia fiebrigii ssp. muscula sm - Also know as Rebutia muscula. Clumping. Orange flowers. Bolivia. Propagated from our old large collection plants. Growing in 2.75" pots. 4 in stock @ $13.00 each.

Rebutia heliosa ssp. teresae sm -  Is merely a long-spined form of Rebutia heliosa. The flowers are more intensely red-orange with a pinkish blush to the outer peltes. White spines & brownish areoles make this plant very attractive even when not in bloom. Bolivia. Propagated from our old large collection plants. Growing in 2.75" pots. 12 in stock @ $15.00 each.

Rebutia 'Peach Melba' sm - I obtained five grafted Rebutia from Miles 2 Go decades ago. He told me they where hybrids and named for the color of the flowers. This is the one I saved for a stock plant. These are propagated from our old large collection plant. Growing in 2.75" pots. 15 in stock @ $13.00 each.

Rebutia pygmaea ssp elegantia sm - Is a very small clumping species, widespread and extremely variable that has received numerous unnecessary names. Some of its variable forms don't really look like the same species. From the basal parts of the stem, widely funnel-shaped about 20-30 mm long and 25-35 mm wide usually salmon pink, however the flowers of this species and its varieties (forms?) vary a lot and range from from white to pink, red, salmon and orange. Buds with few black scales with woolly funnel-shaped, pale pink inside. Propagated from our old large collection plants. Bolivia. Growing in 2.75" pots. 2 in stock @ $13.00 each.

Sulcorebutia

Sulcorebutia caniqueralii sm - Growing in 2.75" pots. 5 in stock @ $10.00 each.

Sulcorebutia crispata FK103 sm - Flowers are intensely colored and the spination of well-grown specimens is pleasing. Requires bright light to keep compact. Bolivia. Propagated from our old large collection plants. Growing in 2.75" pots. 2 in stock $13.00 each.

Sulcorebutia gerosenilis sm - I have found this little hairy cactus has many synonyms = names. I have left it with the name it had when I bought my mother plant. Flowers are cherry-red or dark magenta with pale center. Propagated from our old large collection plants. Bolivia. 4 in stock @ $13.00 each.

Sulcorebutia gerosenilis sm - I have found this little hairy cactus has many synonyms = names. I have left it with the name it had when I bought my mother plant.      Sulcorebutia langeri G245/5 sm -  It has pectinate white spines covering the black-green stems and produces sunny yellow flowers (in profusion in spring) larger than the tiny bodies. S. langeri is one of the easier to recognize white-flowering Sulco, not yet very common species in cultivation. Bolivia. Propagated from our old large collection plants. Growing in 2.75" pots. 4 in stock @ $15.00 each.

Sulcorebutia naunacaensis BB0397 sm - Discovered by Johan de Vries and named after its location, the Naunaca mountain. It is a small, clump-forming species with light violet flowers. Bolivia. Propagated from our old large collection plants. Growing in 2.75" pots. 3 in stock @ $13.00 each.

Sulcorebutia santiaginiensis HBG 5227 sm - Despite the rather tortured taxonomic history of the dwarf globular cacti of South America, there are many very choice collectible plants among them. Sulcorebutia santiaginiensis is one of these, with tightly appressed, interlacing, radial spines. These emerge from the elongate, grooved areoles that are the inspiration for the generic name, Sulco- meaning grooved, and rebut for Pierre Rebut (1830-1898), French vine-grower and owner of a succulent nursery Chazay d’Azergues near Lyon. Coupled with the large, prolifically produced, magenta flowers, these are imminently show-worthy plants, especially in May, and occasionally during surrounding months. Spine color for this species is typically pale yellow. Bolivia. Propagated from our old large collection plants. Growing in 2.75" pots. 3 in stock @ $13.00 each.

Sulcorebutia rauschii forma viridermis 'Black Spines' sm - This cactus is indeed beautiful even without its blooms. Miniature clustering species, readily forms clumps of many heads. Propagated from our old large collection plants. Growing in 2.75" pots. 5 in stock @ $15.00 each.
