I am not a professional nor an expert in Cactacea or Trichocereus-Echinopsis taxonomy. Any help with ID and spelling are always welcome. Photos are for reference only. To up-date my list I've been using many books, journals, catalogs and other web-sites. It's been helpful, but I have more work to do. I only ship to the main US 48 States. Note: These photos were taken in early February, 2023. They are still in there winter rest. All plants list below are growing on there own roots. And have been propagated and grown right here a J & J Cactus and Succulents.

     Arrojadoa dinae m - Is a low succulent shrub with slender stems, up to 30 cm tall, the stems being covered with yellowish brown spines and greyish-white wool, and even more dense towards the apex where the pseudocephalium develops bicolored, brownish red to violet-pink blooms. Plants are shrubby, basally branching with subterranean tubers. Brazil. Growing in 3 1/2" pots. 2 in stock @ $18.00 each.

     Cereus hildemannianus ssp. uruguayanus monstrose form 'Black Castle' m - This South American species has two subspecies, and this one, as the name indicates, is from Uruguay. It is a tree-like species with large, gray-green stems that usually are spineless on mature plants. The flowers are large with pinkish-red petal tips.      Cereus peruvianus variegated crest/monstrose xlg - A variation of the typically columnar Cereus peruvianus or 'apple cactus', Cereus peruvianus monstrose feature sculptural crested and 'monstrous' shapes. These variations are even more unusual as they are also variegated, with prominent yellow beautifully marbled throughout its normally green crests. Growing in a 6" pot. 1 in stock @ $25.00.

     Cereus sp. monstrose xlg #2 - Never have been sure about the name of these things. I've seen them listed over the decades with several different names. When grown in good light they will stay tight green blobs fuzzy reddish spines. Nursery origin. front & back photos. Growing in a 6" pot. #2 @ $20.00.

   Cleistocactus winteri crest m - The species occurs on cliffs within forests, in seasonally dry inter-Andean valleys. They do great in hanging baskets. Vivid orange to salmon-pink flowers. Bolivia. Growing in a 3 1/2" pot. 1 in stock @ $15.00.

   Haageocereus pseudomelanostele sm - Thick stemmed to 3 feet tall with golden spine and wooly fuzz. The flowers are greenish white outside, purple inside. Peru. Growing in 2.75" pots. 5 in stock @ $15.00 each.

   Myrillocactus geometrizans crest 'Elite' sm - ‘Elite’ occurred spontaneously at Hans Britsch’s nursery, Western Cactus Growers, in Vista, CA. It caught his eye for its more refined, very tightly crested growth, different than larger crested forms in cultivation to date. Nursery origin. Growing in 2.75" pots. 5 in stock @ $25.00 each.

    Myrillocactus geometrizans crest 'Nova' sm - I have a hard time saying this is Myrillocactus geometrizans do to the thin yellow spines that grow on the normal growth. Beautiful plants on there own roots. Growing in 2.75" pots. 18 in stock @ $20.00 each.

    Strenocereus pruinosis sm - Makes a beautiful silvery grey color shrubby to tree-like columnar cactus. With white to pinkish flowers. These are great to use for grafting stock. Mexico. Growing in 2.75" pots. 20+ in stock @ $8.00 each. Buy 10 @ $5.00 each = $50.00.

   Stenocereus thurberi m - Known as the organ pipe cactus. Olive green columns that can grow up to fifteen feet high and twelve feet wide. Creamy white flowers. Southern Arizona, Mexico, Baja California. Growing in 3 1/2" pots. 2 in stock @ $15.00 each.

   Stetsonia coryne xlg - The only species of the genus Stetsonia, is a large, massive, tree-like columnar cactus that grows to a height of 10' tall and is one of the most striking features of hot desert regions in Argentina. Has a very short trunk from which sprout numerous, up-right branchs. Flowers are large white tinted pink. Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay. 2 in stock @ $20.00 each.

   Trichocereus terscheckii sm -  Also known as Echinopsis terscheckii. Is a relatively fast-growing plant, can grow from 8" to nearly 98" tall and sprouts the fist branches within eight years, given the best conditions. Tolerates frost quite well, but make sure that it is not exposed to severe freezing temperatures, or it may die. Large whitish flowers. Juvenile plants are long stout spines and as they age they will loss there spines. Argentina, Bolivia. 10 in stock @ $13.00 each.
